I came to Lugoff Ford because my dad had recently purchased a work van from Nik Laney and I knew that I could get the same great customer service as he did. I came in wanting to trade my Jeep Commander and in return purchase a Kia Optima that Ihad saw on their website. This was by far the smoothest transaction I have ever completed. When working with Nik, he listened to my every need and concern that I had about purchasing a vehicle and if I asked a question that he wasnt sure about he was sure to find the answer from another employee. Working with Nik and Allen-Michael was one of the best decisions I have made when wanting to purchase my used but "new to me" Kia Optima. Well let me start of by saying that Ethan Whitehead was the best Consultant I have ever had by far. I started buying vehicles 30 years a go and have purchased many cars in my time, but I will say that the the best Consultant I have ever had by far. I started of looking for A truck that would fit all my needs and still be economical price wise and fuel wise. Ethan showed me and demonstrated almost every truck they had on the lot .... ( I am a picky person) and I decided on the Eco boost engine that Ford has now. Who wouldn't want power than a v8 and still get better gas mpg. The dealership left me with a sense of being introduced into a new family, all of the salespeople were helping each other and were genuinely happy the whole time. Not like some dealerships where they are all like robots. I am sort of Credit Challenged so to say, and was amazed that the Finance manager Billy Platt and the GM worked so hard on getting me approved and then were so helpful on the finance options that they could come up with. It was a wonderful car buying experience and it felt like I was at a 5 star resort because of how much they were willing to do for me. My New dealership is Lugoff Ford and consultant is Ethan.
