I am a relatively new customer to Lugoff Ford, as most of my repairs and maintenance has been performed by private shops. I have always been under the impression that dealerships were much higher priced, but my repairs and maintenance has been performed by private shops. I have always been under the impression that dealerships were much higher priced, but I am convinced now that the quality of service and comparable pricing will bring me back to Lugoff Ford. Titus pointed out that I had 2 tires on my car that were in bad shape, and Greg went out of his way to match those tires exactly with the other two tires that I had recently replaced at a private shop. I was well pleased with the price and convenience since I was preparing to take a long trip. Kudos to the service staff at Lugoff Ford. I will definitely return for future services. More

This place is amazing. My salesman was very helpful and very friendly. His manager, David, really seemed like he was really interested in trying to help me. The general manager (or at least I think he was) even asked if he could get me something to drink while I was waiting to go sign papers for my car.
