Complamentry Oil Change and Tire Rotation I Purchased my New Ford F-150 from Lugoff Ford and it was time for my Complementary oil change and tire rotation. So I gave Lugoff Ford's service depa I Purchased my New Ford F-150 from Lugoff Ford and it was time for my Complementary oil change and tire rotation. So I gave Lugoff Ford's service department a call to see if I needed to schedule an appointment to have this done of if I could just walk in. I also stated what I wanted done and asked if it was free or if there would be any associated cost. (Shop fees, 6th quart of oil, waste oil disposal fees ect.) Ethan advised me that the Oil Change/Tire rotation was completely free. and there may be a short wait depending how many cars were ahead of me when I got there. I showed up at 2 PM on 20 May and again spoke to Ethan, at this time he advised me that the oil change was in fact free BUT the tire rotation was $23.00. So I said ok, I drove 30 minutes so turning around would have not been beneficial at this point. I am told the tech is finishing up a car and I was next so I should be done by 3 PM. I knew there could be a wait so I had no issue with this. 3:30 rolls around and I go to inquire if my truck was done. Ethan says they just pulled it out so as soon as I have the paperwork you will be all set. 4:12 rolls around and I finally have my paperwork to pay and leave. I have never waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change in my life so I have this dealership 3 stars because there is nothing speedy about them. Combining both my service and car buying service from this dealership I would rate it 1 out of 5 stars because I love the truck I purchased. I can honestly say I will not be returning to this dealership and would not recommend anybody go to this dealership unless you have time to waste and love to play games. More

I bought my 2012 f-150 new from Lugoff ford and have had nothing but problems since. It was not disclosed that the truck had 2000 miles on it when I bought it. They informed me that the warranty starts whe nothing but problems since. It was not disclosed that the truck had 2000 miles on it when I bought it. They informed me that the warranty starts when I purchased the truck. That is only partially true, the mileage still counts against the warranty according to Ford. Lugoff Ford lied to me and said that the mileage would be extended to 38k since I bought the truck had 2000 on it. That is flat out not true. There was a ding in my truck that I did not notice until I got it home. I spoke with Lugoff Ford multiple times about it and yet nothing has been done, nor have they tried to contact me about it. They did call me trying to get me to sell my truck to Lugoff Ford and buy another new one though. I had warranty work done on my truck and made a complaint about the truck jerking when accelerating initially from a stand still. They told me that it was my driving habits causing the adaptive transmission to exhibit this behavior and that I should change my driving habits. Turns out that there is a TSB for this problem that is caused by a lack of lubrication to the driveshaft. Maybe if they cared enough to drive it or investigate at all, the problem would have been fixed easily. After warranty work was accomplished, I heard a dragging noise while driving. It was the piece under the motor that protects components underneath the truck. They did not secure it at all with the zeus fasteners and apparently did not check it. I went in to get the areas that the work was performed inspected as requested by the service manager, however there was not a single service person to be found and they did not answer the dealership wide page. They have managed to get some portion of my truck dirty every time it has had service at Lugoff Ford. Dealerships that I have gone to in the past have sent my vehicles back to me better than I dropped it off. Not Lugoff Ford! Not only will they not accomplish the work properly, but they will make a mess while doing so. They do not accomplish all work according to the TSBs. They failed to reprogram my truck after accomplishing the intercooler TSB. My truck has been in the shop there 3 times for the same problem. Today, I am going elsewhere. More
After having a terrible experience with my local Ford dealership, I was asked by Ford USA if I would mind making the drive to try Lugoff Ford. I'm very happy that I did. Jamie, who works in service along with the service manager Justin were amazing! In fact, every single person that I came across at Lugoff Ford was really nice and helpful. I was very happy with how clean the dealership was. Even the garage was so neat and tidy. The mechanics from what I saw while checking in my car, seemed to be very respectful of the cars they were working on. When I got my car back, there was not even a finger print left behind from them. I am so happy that I was recommended to lugoff Ford. They fixed the issues with my car perfectly. As long as I live in SC, I will make the 40 min drive to Lugoff Ford. If you are looking to buy, I would go and see them. Not only were the sales people really nice while I was in the waiting room, but they had a really good selection of cars. Thank you Justin & Jamie. Will not help out the BUYER! Ford should recall this part, but the dealership should at least go in half. I was on a road trip from Florida and my Mustang's radiator clip had not been repaired appropriately from prior auto body work done at a shop in Florida. My car had to be towed to Lugoff.
