If I can give a 0 stars I would. They have had my ford explorer for 2 months granted I wasn’t sure what was going on with it at first but when they figured it out. One of the service advisor Angelo told me that my warranty wasn’t going to cover the parts well when I talk to my warranty they said they was going to pay for it and angelo quoted me today 4/21/2023 over 1800 for the fix. And my warranty company told me that when he told Angelo that they was going to cover it Angelo hung up on them and that was 7 days ago from today. An when I called Angelo about the everything all he said was that things like this take time. Told Angelo and a service advisor at lugoff toyota I need to talk to my manager today. More
I normally don't like to criticize but I felt I needed to. Bought my 2011 Ford F250 diesel last Sept. from Lugoff Toyota who both (Lugoff Toyota and Lugoff Ford) are owned by the same owner. I had an appt to. Bought my 2011 Ford F250 diesel last Sept. from Lugoff Toyota who both (Lugoff Toyota and Lugoff Ford) are owned by the same owner. I had an appt. at Lugoff Toyota last week and brought it in for a service that was purchased for unlimited oil changes. They informed me that they don't do Diesel oil changes. So I was informed to go to Ford and set up an oil change. Made an appt. for 8:30am today Weds. 7-13. Got there at 8:25 and I figured it would only take less than a 1/2 hr. to 45 min. to get this accomplished. At 9:45 (since no one contacted me), I walked back to service and found my truck pulled off to the side. I asked service why it was not done. He told me there was no bay available (tech got behind) and was told that it would be going in soon, It would have been nice if someone would have contacted me to let me know the situation. At 10:25 they came and told me it was completed. This was an unacceptable experience. Will have to come back at the next 5k miles and hope next time I will have a more pleasant outcome. For something that should have taken no more than 45 mins took 2 hours. Had to push my other appt. that I had for later. I always thought that the service dept. would vacuum the vehicle when completed. Guess I was wrong. Even though I don't really care for walmart TLE at least would vacuum out the vehicle. BTW, Don't know where these numbers came from but it was posted the truck had 54,385 when delivered in Dec-21 but actually it had 66,000 when I drove it off the Toyota lot. Sept of 2021. Looks like a large discrepancy. More
