Bad service Logoff, SC Ford dealership...Never go there! Took my 2019 F-350 for its first service 2/18/20 at 7:30 and they called at 3:30PM and it was ready. I got there at 5:30 to get my truck and they could not find the key. after 20 min the service manger came and looked for my key and sad did anyone look in the shop. i looked and it was in the last bay with the hood up! he closed the hood and put it out side. I had a service contract that paid for everything and someone there did not enter it in the computer so they wanted me to pay for the service. so after another 15 min i had to get my contract out of the truck and let them get a copy.on the way home i got a warning that the tire pressure was low. They had rotated the tires and never changed the air pressure!! So the dude that didn't do the air pressure didn't close the hood after he turned in the paper work at 3:30. Wonder what he didn't do under the hood not to close it? Going to call the CEO of Ford in Dearborn, MI More

Great services. I just wish the technician was not so busy ( or forgetful) to reset the headlights to automatic. Lauren was beyond helpful,educated, and informative about the issues my 2019 Expedition was having. She was such a blessing in a stressful situation. My fuel injectors went out and she set me up with a loane the issues my 2019 Expedition was having. She was such a blessing in a stressful situation. My fuel injectors went out and she set me up with a loaner car and while they fix my car. I looked up all the Local dealerships and read all the reviews. Lugoff was superior to all the other dealerships so I paid extra to have my vehicle towed to Lugoff. I just relocated to Columbia two day’s earlier with four kids and a deployed husband. She set my mind at ease and reassured me everything was going to be okay. Ford needs to hire more people like Lauren. From the moment I walked in until I left with my car she was extremely attentive.
