I worked with Scott Cooper, who was very knowledgeable and showed me many vehicles which helped to make the buying experience much more pleasurable. I don't know about you, but I usually dread going car shopping. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and insisted I drive each. Of course, I had a certain payment in mind and worried I could not afford one at all. Matt Baker, the sales manager was very patient and kind walking me through costs and payment options. Making the buying experience much more personal. Like a friend looking out for a friend. Truly Exceptional....Everything!! I didn't go to Lugoff Toyota with the intent to purchase a new car. I went to the dealership for a simple oil change. I dropped off my vehicle and when i came back, to my surprise, Ryan Way, in the service department went above and beyond and was having my vehicle cleaned. While it was being cleaned, I began to browse the lot, just simply looking. I came upon a 2018 4Runner Limited 4X4, a vehicle that has been my "dream SUV" for 10 years now, but i never wanted to spend the money for it. Joe McComas on the sales team was very kind to get the keys, show me around, let me test drive it and answer the thousands of questions I had. Matt Baker and Trevor Reames worked with me on numbers and figures for the 4Runner and my trade-in, to get to a price point that I was comfortable with. Trevor and Ira Thomas, in Finance worked together to work some magic and make everything come together without a hitch! It was by far a truly exceptional experience, across all fronts; it made my "car dreams" come true, without the pressure, stress and other aspects that one may assume would come along with stereotypical car buying experience.
