Not happy with finance Jamie Gardner and Cody DeBruhl were my sales guys and were awesome to work with. Both are down to earth and were not pushy at all. At the time I went into Finance I purchased a 7 year/100k mile warranty with my truck. I asked several times if the warranty starts on the day I bought the car and NOT THE YEAR of the car. I was given the same answer...Yes. Once I received my certificate it said that my warranty starts on the year the car was made. So I lost a year in warranty. It would not be a big deal if it was a daily driver but it is a second car and will be used in a limited role so in this case it is a big deal. More
