He introduced me to the sales representative that would be my point of contact, a young man named David Acevedo. They were a terrific pair to work with in selecting the Highlander for my wife. They were the same team that two months ago helped me choose my 2017 Tundra, which was also done with great professionalism and a "customer first" attitude. Choosing the 2017 Highlander was a little different for them as my wife was the principal person that needed to be sold on its merits. David went above and beyond in explaining things to her and showing her how to operate the high tech electrical components. During the test drives I thought David did an outstanding job of demonstrating many of the Highlander's features- both while he was driving and then when Susan was behind the wheel. The manner in which he demonstrated the lane drift feature and the forward looking camera's capability were truly exceptional. David also insisted that Susan could, and should call him with any questions of the operation of anything. We have taken advantage of this offer, and he has provided succinct and useful information, and has even checked back with us to see if any more questions have arisen. Ralph has told me previously that he felt David was a terrific person to deal with, and was one of Toyota's "rising stars" - and Ralph was spot on correct ! Both Susan and I call David with questions on our new vehicles and he always answers and explains them very clearly. We are extremely appreciative of first class customer service ! One more point: The Service Dept has always been terrific in all of my dealings with them. Tommy Hancock is one of the most knowledgeable, calm and even-keeled people that I have ever met. The way he handles his customers is equaled by few and surpassed by none ! Rusty's oversight and leadership are on display daily in the Customer Service Dept.
