We all dread going to them, and after personally visiting a few dealerships for a tacoma 4x4 long bed and dancing with them, I was tired and ready to settle on mediocre deals locally here in Atlanta. As a Hail Mary, I contacted Lugoff Toyota via a general car search. Lugoff is 4 hours away from me, so I was depending on email correspondence. I expressed interest in a particular truck, with certain requirements, and they cut to the chase and gave me pretty much their bottom dollar price for this high end truck. I was very pleased with the price. After some minor negotiating, they were able to get me what I wanted out the door. Cody, the internet sales manager was quick and courteous to reply. The very next day I drove to the dealership, and Joe was ready to greet me. They took my trade in, and I filled out the paperwork, and I was out. They were very accommodating, and allowed me to take my time to read through paperwork, and clean out my trade in car. Wally reviewed my financial options, and quickly helped me to file my paperwork. He was courteous, and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I didn't need. Even after the signatures and sale, Joe continued to be supportive taking the time out of his day to explain to me all the fancy functions of the truck. He didn't have to do so, as I am sure there are other customers waiting. He made sure to let me know he's available for help, even after the sale. No need to worry about this dealership adding extra fees at the last second. They are worth your drive, and their word is excellent. I didn't even have a buyers order for the agreed price, but Cody, Wally, and Joe made sure I got the agreed ODT price, despite my state having different tax codes. Thanks for everything guys. I will consider you guys again when it's time to upgrade to a larger truck! More
