FEELS LIKE HOME I went this past Saturday to have my 30k mile service. Which she was right because the last time I was due I had to go to a dealership in VA. (Difference in night and day, by the way) That impressed me that she immediately said hey to me and knew it had been a while since I was there last. But, this is the service I have always received from Lugoff Toyota. Every time I go, every single person that I have know since June 2015, comes over and speaks to me and you just don't see that anymore at fast paced businesses. I bought my Highlander from Jamie but to this day, everyone comes over and speaks and that truly means a lot to me. Megan has always taken care of me when I arrived and even with telephone calls.
