David was recommended from a co-worker so I called him up - explained what our circumstances were and when my daughter and I went to visit Lugoff Toyota, David made the whole experience just so personal and pleasant. Past experience with salesmen have been pushy and aggressive and I wasn't really looking forward to the experience but David changed my whole attitude. He was friendly, knowledgable, followed up my calls and texts to answer any questions I had and yes he was aggressive, but not a "rude" aggressive. He was aggressive to do everything he could for us as customers to be happy and pleased with our decision to purchase. And it worked -- my daughter is now the very proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Corolla at a price that her budget can afford and will take her into the next 10-15 years of her life with no worries. He talked with us about our options on the vehicle and also ran across the road to get us a new 2017 to look at and compare the differences between the used 2016 and the new 2017. After we were done looking at both vehicles and look at all options we ended up buying the new 2017. David was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very helpful. He showed us how to work the vehicle when we went back to pick it up after they received it on the lot. He also told us if we every had any other questions how we could get in touch with him so that he could walk us through what we needed to know over the phone since the dealership is about an hour from our house. We had a great experience buying a car. More
