Best dealership experience! We were corresponding with Kaitlan Collins at Luggoff Toyota about a vehicle that we were interested in. They gave us all of the needed information and she was very helpful. We were planning on looking into the vehicle at the beginning of the new year, but a new vehicle came quicker than we expected. We were visiting family in Columbia and we were headed home. About 20 minutes into our trip home, our van threw a rod and blew out half of the engine. Two days before Christmas! Really? Yes, it was crazy! I thank the Lord that we were kept safe, there was no wreck and none of the flying parts hit any other vehicles. We had no warranty on the vehicle because of its age, so needless to say, it was gone. Since we had been talking back and forth with Kaitlan, we decided to shoot then a message and tell them about what happened and see what our options were. We were not expecting this, so we had no money for a down payment and we were so upset. We also didn't have the money to get our van towed all the way home! By a pure miracle, we were able to work out our budget with the payment range that they gave us, and they even offered to tow our vehicle to their dealership! Of course over the course of Christmas weekend, their dealership was closed, but that didn't stop them from working on our situation and Kaitlan checking on us and keeping us up to date. I'm proud to say on December 26th we drove an hour and a half to meet these people that we had been talking back and forth with, and we drove away with a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla! Kaitlan took us on a test drive and explained all of the bells and whistles of our new vehicle, and there were specs to this vehicle that I couldn't believe they had in a Corolla! Ira Thomas handled our finances that evening and even sat down with us to go over our budget and make sure that we could handle everything. He explained all of our options, and helped us find the one that was right for us. I believe everything happens for a reason and I also believe that God hand picked these special people to work on our case, work through the holidays and help us leave in a reliable vehicle! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others, even if you have to travel an hour and a half! God bless these people! More

Him and his sales Supervisor Ralph were both very accommodating. I told them what I could afford and they were able to work with me on pricing and my trade in value. I will continue to send my friends and family to this dealership because they treated me like a human being and not just another sale to get money in their pocket. Thank you again for everything! My professional career is in sales and I know about the importance of quality customer service. And I went and visited other Toyota dealerships before I came to Lugoff . The other dealerships were okay, but I kind of felt like I was getting the run around by the sales manager not particularly the sales rep, but the manager. We just could not get to where we needed to be. Well I was told to call Lugoff to see what they can do by a friend. I called Matt he said that he will do anything in his power to get me where I needed to be and will be driving in my 4 runner before the end of the week. I was a little skeptical at first because that is just human nature these days. Matt ensured me that they will make sure it can happen just bring the trades in. I was on the way running late because I live an hour away and I called Scott my sales rep to let him know and he was very understanding. He told me he will wait up for me. I get there and Matt welcomed me to the dealership offered me some coffee and etc....Scott was really busy with a customer, so I do understand completely. Instead of me waiting Ralph and Joe was able to assist. And I told them what was offered before and Joe was very quick and on top of everything. Ralph was hilarious my wife was having a bad day but Ralph brightened the night. I could tell he really cared and wanted to do a deal. After negotiating I liked what they offered but it wasn't the exactly the number I wanted . I really truly believed they did there very best. I went home and thought about it. And decided to go with Lugoff. Ira, Ralph, and Scott did there very best my getting me the best interest rate but Nucor Credit Union did better so I went with them, but they showed a lot of patience with me. Ira was very understanding and actually went outside to check the car to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted before pick up. Scott and Ralph answered all my calls to make me feel important and comfortable. When I picked up the car I told them I did not have much time because of family situations and they went above and beyond. Everything was on point and went through it very quickly. Ira was very clear and organized. He answered all my concerns. Scott and Joe made sure my tags and etc... was good to go. Scott showed me everything I needed to know how to operate vehicle. And Matt and Ralph came by while I was leaving and told me they are happy for me and that they are glad we could work it out. And to top it off; I left my shades and my garage opener in the Rogue. Scott answered and made sure to get both of my things and mailed them back to me. I can tell through my experience they are a hardworking team and show great teamwork. They all need raises or some kind of bonus! Just saying. My experience with Lugoff has made me feel not as skeptical with car dealers. Thank you Scott, Ralph, Joe, Ira, and Matt.
