I spoke to Tommy and true to his word, he emailed me some vehicles I might be interested in. He followed up with texts and a phone call but was never pushy. I drove over and test drove a Camry which I loved. He could not have been any more patient answering all my questions.....and there were plenty! Ralph, Wael, and Ira were also extremely helpful. These men stayed extremely late just to seal the deal with my new car that night. I appreciate their top notch customer service and will definitely recommend them to others. More

He wasn't going to let me leave without the truck if he could help it and with the help of his financial team the got me to the number I needed. What I loved about the experience was simple...they didn't try to force a vehicle I didn't love just to hit a budget, instead they figured out to get the truck I wanted into my budget! More

I was hauling a trailer with a Cadillac Escalade that wasn't quite meeting the standard for pulling my trailer. So after waking up and having breakfast we decided to go look at some vehicles as a possible future replacement. I owned a Toyota Corolla also at the time that was the trail vehicle. I never really expected to purchase a vehicle that day but with the help of Tyrone and the great sales management team about 6 hours later we were pulling off the lot in a beautiful Toyota Tundra.. with all the power and space I needed! Bought my first truck! I came all the way from Spartanburg, SC to buy my first truck at Lug Off Toyota. Jamie was fantastic in helping me pick out the right one. He showed us every detail and was so patient with us,especially with my 1 yr old. Ralph also helped us in our new purchase by really basing our decision on our needs and concerns and going out of his way to assist Jamie with our purchase. And the gentleman, Wally Abraham, stayed late, on his birthday, to finalize our paperwork. All of these guys get off in the afternoon but stayed late to help us. Awesome experience! More
