Poor Service and Service Manager I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my gl I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma extra cab 4x4. Went in for an oil change and was charged almost $60.00 dollars. When I went out to get into my truck my glove box was open and was also broken. All the contents in the glove box was in the floor of the truck. There was grease on the driver side door panel of the truck and on the outside of the door. Spoke to the service manager about it and he was very rude and offered no help in the matter. I then spoke to the general manager and was offered a refund on the oil change. This is very poor service on the person that performed the work and on the service manager for not taking care of the customer. More

The best dealership experience that I have ever had!!! I am a 50 year old, professional white male. ...( I state this for demographic reasons). Over the years, I have purchased many new and used vehicles I am a 50 year old, professional white male. ...( I state this for demographic reasons). Over the years, I have purchased many new and used vehicles from many dealerships. I have to say that of ALL of the dealerships, my purchasing experience with Lugoff Toyota was the most pleasant with which I have ever conducted business. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by your Sales Associate, Mr. Joe McComas. Mr. McComas was courteous, friendly, and was sincerely interested in helping me purchase the EXACT vehicle that I sought to purchase! He was not pushy, but actually listened to what I had to say, and with sincere interest!! That was a refreshing experience, considering that Jim Hudson Toyota's sales personnel, once told me, while I was shopping for the very vehicle that I purchased from Lugoff Toyota, that "I was not serious in purchasing a vehicle". Jim Hudson's sales staff should take lessons from Lugoff Toyota's sales and management staff!!!!!!!! I had a similar experience with Fred Anderson Toyota. Their staff, although friendly, showed NO interest in helping me obtain my vehicle!! Mr. McComas not only worked with his manager to get the vehicle that I wanted, but stayed in contact with me during the period in which the vehicle was being delivered to the dealership, to see if I had any questions or concerns. As I was trading in a vehicle, Mr. McComas placed me in a comfortable car to drive, until my truck arrived, and was ready for me to take delivery!! To make negotiation experience come to fruition was Mr. Matt Baker. Mr. Baker worked with me until we had numbers that we both could work with. ....refreshing!! He was so willing to make me happy!! Locating the vehicle was Mr. Cody Debruhl. Mr. Debruhl, was able to locate the EXACT vehicle that I wished to purchase!!! He also contacted me after posing questions to the website, with regards to how he could help to find the vehicle that would satisfy me! He went over the top!! Mr. Trevar Reames, and Mr. Ralph Harper played integral parts in fulfilling the purchase of my dream truck! Mr. Wael, Abraham was the most motivated financial officer that that I have EVER dealt with! He worked with me in earnest, to find numbers that I could live with, with regards to payments, interest rates, and warranty protection. he truly made me feel like I mattered!!! Mr. Ira Thomas, though I never had the pleasure of meeting, was very instrumental in approving the negotiations posed by Mr. Abraham. Thank you Mr. Abraham! In short, I am going to name the names of the staff that made my experience, the most pleasurable vehicle purchasing experience that I have ever known!! To reiterate, they are as follows" Joe McComas Cody Debruhl Matt Baker Trevor Reames Wael Abraham Ira Thomas Thank you ALL, for making someone happy, that had long since lost faith in working with, and purchasing from dealerships!!! If I assigned positions incorrectly to the personnel at Lugoff Toyota that I named, I apologize. You all made me a VERY happy man in the end.
