It was a pretty extens Great experience with Cody (internet mgr) and Joe (sales). I had been looking on the Internet and knew exactly what I wanted. It was a pretty extensive list of wants and don't wants. After checking out a near by competitor and having a not so good experience, I went in a bit skeptical. But they turned it around and were able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted. My time at the dealership from discussing what I wanted to trade in value, pricing and signing papers was limited to under 2 hours. I left there in a brand new "loaner" vehicle to use until my vehicle was trucked in which took about 2 weeks. I didn't mind the wait because when it arrived it was exactly what I wanted and had come straight from "port" with only 5 miles on it! During the wait Joe and Cody kept in touch. My vehicle was actually brought in on Joes day off but called me to let me know that it was in and what time it would be ready. He also came in on his day off!! More

Excellent experience Very pleased with them. Joe McComas and Wally(finance guy) worked with us when no one else would. Was able to get into a new Corolla which we love. Very pleased with them.
