Great experience replacing our totaled Tundra! Jamie Gardner helped us purchase a used Tundra to replace one that was totaled. They even worked with us so we could take the truck home before we got the insurance check. I went to a local dealer first (Fort Mill Ford) because of the convenience to my home. Bad idea. They treated me like a commission and not a customer. So i left without the vehicle i wanted and feeling low. Then i found another one i wanted at Lugoff Toyota on the internet. I wrote them and Cody DeBruhl got back to me very quickly and we set up a appointment for a test drive. When i arrived i was greeted by Wally Abraham. He was very polite and assisted me with looking at the vehicle and test driving it. It was exactly as they said it was. No surprises. Also Cody came over and introduced himself. Everybody was very friendly. I had no problem with getting approved. They never pressured me into anything extra. It was how customer service should be and i'm very glad i went the extra distance to go there. Thank you for making the car buying experience very happy for me. More

There is never any pressure from him to make a purchase he just wants you to be happy with your selection. My daughter saw the 2006 Scion online and I went to the dealership and knew which salesman I wanted. He takes the time with you one on one. I also had just purchased a 2008 Nissan Sentra from him in October for my older daughter. Both times I was not sure if the financial part would work out but with Tyrone, Chris and now Ira and Matt I don't feel pressured when buying a car. In part I have purchased 5 cars from these wonderful people in 2015. I don't prefer a particular name brand car over the other. I would gladly follow Tyrone and these fine people wherever they may roam. Tyrone is a wonderful salesman and now a family friend! Thank you again Tyrone for making my daughters happy!
