No secured loan after 2 weeks? What an extreme disappointment. I was called almost 2 weeks of having my new car to tell me my loan did not go through, seriously??? This was a very unprofessional dealership, no one taking responsibility,accountability for finance error almost 2 weeks later. I have filed a formal complaint with Toyota, and plan to file with BBB as well. I will not refer anyone ***How does a dealership allow a customer to drive 10 days a new vehicle, with no financing? Lugoff Toyota did NOT finance us! Than called to bring the car back. Oh, and Lugoff Toyota was going to charge my husband and Ia $200 fee for 10 days of milage. YES, they were! This is unethical, unappropriate practices and than to be dishonest to the public? Shame on how you treat your customers!!! Toyota does not stand by their philosophy of: The Customer Come First. Lastly, in my opinion, in the many years I have dealt with dealerships, this is the most shady and unpredictable company...lies, to cover up each other there, again my opinion and experience. More

Anytime I am there for service he knew my name and made sure I was happy. Tyrone is the best sales rep I have ever worked with and that is why I made sure to work with him again. Both of my trucks were ordered and each time he contacted me each day to let me know what was going on in the process. I now own 2 Toyota Tacoma trucks because of him and his professional approach. Would have been a 5 I was looking at one of their used Tundra's that was advertised at $8,028 and had spoken to Cody before making the hour drive to the dealership. When I was looking at one of their used Tundra's that was advertised at $8,028 and had spoken to Cody before making the hour drive to the dealership. When I arrived, Cody referred me over to Jamie who took me to look at and drive the vehicle. Jamie was down to earth, very courteous, and easy to talk to. Not pushy as I have come to expect from Salesmen. Everything was going fine until they brought out the ACTUAL, broken down price of the vehicle. The truck went from $8,028 to $10,160! $1,000 of that was due to the fact that I had no vehicle to trade in and they wanted to charge me another $279 for an additive they supposedly put in the tank to clean the injectors. I was told that "there's usually some fine print". I know there's fine print on these ads but I'm sure they realize that nobody's expecting to arrive and pay over $2,000 more than advertised on an $8,000 vehicle. Below is a the verbatim "fine print" on the TrueCar advertisement. Price may exclude tax, title, tags, governmental fees, any emissions testing charges, and any finance charges (if applicable). Unless otherwise stated separately in the vehicle details, where allowed by law, the price may not include processing, administrative, closing or similar fees. Current mileage may vary due to test drives and vehicle relocation. Actual vehicle options should be confirmed with the dealer. Calculators are provided for educational purposes only, and calculator results do not constitute an offer to lend. Calculator results do not include tax, title, tags, and other governmental and non-governmental fees that dealers may be permitted to exclude from advertised prices in the relevant state. I personally don't see any verbiage in there that suggests that I would need to have a trade in to get the advertised pricing. Anyways, I told Jamie that I wasn't willing to pay over $9,100, and honestly I didn't feel the truck was even worth that. Jamie took the offer back to his sales office and out walks "will not be named". I have never dealt with a more demeaning and arrogant individual. I could tell that he had been in the game a while and wasn't used to losing a negotiation. He did all the talking and wasn't interested in anything I had to say as he began telling me that he's not the type to shop around because it's a waste of time, he just buys. I guess he forgot that I was the consumer and not him. I tried to make it clear to him that I had a bottom line and was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle (not sure if he actually heard me or if he was just thinking of what to say next). I finally realized that the conversation was going no where and told them I was no longer interested. As I was driving away, I received a call about 2 minutes down the road. New offer was the listed price plus tax, title, and tags. Ira took care of my financing, and he exhibited all the same great qualities as Jamie. Bottom line, I enjoyed my experience with Jamie, Ira, and Cody. Too bad one person had to ruin it for everyone. Seems like an awesome stand up dealership that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks for reading. More
