I was very happy with the outcome. I came in to just look and see what type of vehicle I wanted to trade mine back in for. I was offered help by James. I let him know what type of vehic I came in to just look and see what type of vehicle I wanted to trade mine back in for. I was offered help by James. I let him know what type of vehicle I needed compared to the one that I had. They were able to find the vehicle I needed that met the criterias I requested. He made sure I had all questions answered and was able to make a deal on the day I was there instead of waiting another month and deciding then what needed to be done. I was very happy with the service given all the way to the end. All the way down to making sure I was familiar with how to use the blue tooth features and the back up camera features that came standard on the car. I am very happy with the results and my new Toyota Camary. It far exceeds what I want / needed to accommodate declining health. Thank you very much to the ones who were able to make me happy and glad I came back to the same place I went last year to purchase a vehicle. One delaer had one special and tried to sell me much higher than special one(I asked that saleman if I look like a stupid buyer). I felt like I was tricked to come to the delaer, at another dealer I was not well recepted because they must assumed that I was not a easy buyer. all that fancy TV advertising seemed like trick and sell pitch. Its sad that toyota makes very good vehicles but they have to sell through these dealers More
