I spoke with with a salesman at lugoff toyota by the name of Tommy Lee I told him what I was looking for and he instantly started searching for vehicles that fit my price and expectations.. unfortunately the one vehicle I showed interest in sold before I could get my hands on it. Tommy Lee told me he would keep an eye out for another vehicle and that he most definitely did.. over the next several weeks Tommy Lee would periodically send me pictures and detailed information on vehicles that would work for my needs.. finally he stuck gold and I was able to purchase the perfect vehicle.. Now let me share my experience with the financing and purchasing of my truck.. this was no easy task being that i had 2 young children with me while sitting in a dealership with dozens of other people.. this is where tommy and the staff at lugoff toyota really hit a home run..not only did they get us in and out extremely fast they even kept my kids occupied while my wife and I filled out all the paperwork... NOW IF THAT'S NOT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS!! All in all this was the best experience with any dealer I've ever had... I will definitely be a returning customer.. and for Tommy Lee there is no comparison for the level of customer service you provided for my family and I and I can't say thank you enough for taking the time to remove all the stress that comes with buying a vehicle.. Great Service I came in for a new car, and ended up going with a barely used car due to a great deal (owner only put 4000 miles on it and had decided he wanted a P I came in for a new car, and ended up going with a barely used car due to a great deal (owner only put 4000 miles on it and had decided he wanted a Prius instead.) Tommy Lee was great to work with, as was Ralph Harper. I love my (almost) new Toyota Corolla! The finance staff was also great, even when my bank gave them issues and was slow getting the check to them. I should mention, Tommy even went out of his way to help me return the rental car I was driving. I definitely look forward to doing business with Lugoff Toyota in the future, and would gladly recomment them to friends and family. Couldn't be happier! More
