We live 1 hour from the dealership and we saw a vehicle on line that we were interested in,so when we arrived at the dealership, it was very close to closing time. Mr. Ralph Harper was the used car manager that assisted with the deal, he made sure that all of our questions were answered. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. Mr. Ira Thomas handled all of fiance work in a very timely manner. He was very professional and courteous and was great at explaining all the papers that required our signature. We received incredible service tonight and will be returning to Lugoff Toyota the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More
