Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I had recently been searching on the internet for used Toyota Prius'. I found about 4 or 5 that I wanted to look at so, I set out on Wednesday morning I had recently been searching on the internet for used Toyota Prius'. I found about 4 or 5 that I wanted to look at so, I set out on Wednesday morning to make a day of it. I started out in Augusta then made my way to Columbia. Needless to say, I did not find what I was looking for. Some of the salesmen I encountered were nice people but a few were very unprofessional and down right rude. Then, I finally made it to Lugoff Toyota, which was my last stop on an already long day. I arrived about 45 minutes before they were to close. Tommy Lee was the salesman who greeted me and within a few minutes I new this was going to be a great experience. The used car I went to look at was not what I was needing so Tommy asked if he could try to get me in a new model of the one I was wanting. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes because 4 other dealerships could not get me in a new one within my payment terms. With the help of Cody DeBruhl, these guys hit it out of the park. Not only did they get me in the car with the monthly payment I requested but they were also very personable, pleasant and most importantly, respectful to me as a customer. This goes a long way in my book and a lot of other dealers need to take notes from Tommy Lee and the guys at Lugoff Toyota. They also stayed well after closing hours to get me in the car I wanted. This is how customer service should be. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If only I would have started at Lugoff Toyota, I would not have wasted the entire day at those other dealerships. More

This, despite working through the late hour of the day, not wrapping up until after 10 p.m.. 2013 Camry XLE-Great Experience-Thank you Jamie! We were in the market for a car and searched around at many dealers. I was referred to Jamie by a friend and right off of the bat Jamie truly lived u We were in the market for a car and searched around at many dealers. I was referred to Jamie by a friend and right off of the bat Jamie truly lived up to his accolades. We called Jamie and he took the time to get a complete list of what we were wanting in a vehicle. We were interested in a vehicle Lugoff had on the lot and I did not tell Jamie that until we let him know everything we wanted. He indicated that the vehicle we were interested in had all the features that we listed. We then discussed our concern with getting the payment around $275/mth. He ran some numbers and said it would be a stretch and we wouldn't know the actual numbers until we went through the credit/finance process. We drove from Florence to Lugoff with no guarantee of anything working out. The car was absolutely impeccable. Clean inside and out with a great carfax report. 13,000 miles on the odometer and it looked like it came off the factory floor. It drove like a champ! We then decided to run credit and because of a lack of sufficient credit history the price was higher than we could afford. We don't have money to put down and only could apply our trade in value. Jamie, their finance guy, and his manager added value to the trade in, took money off of the price of the vehicle (they had already discounted the vehicle $4,000 on the internet), and cut the 7 year warranty price in half. They got the price down to $288/mth and we could afford the car! We were pumped! Because it was after 6 and their detailer had left, Jamie went out while we were signing the paperwork and detailed the car inside and out. Talk about customer service! He could of left and gone to see his family that Saturday night, but he chose to help get a car that was already in pristine condition showroom ready. He went above and beyond for complete strangers. If you are in the market for a car and want the best in customer service, go see Jamie and the crew at Lugoff Toyota! More

Clyde had me approved for basically any car of my choice with a very small down payment within 15 mins! He then showed me a few Corollas, which was what I wanted, and within 20 mins he had me in a beautiful 2013 Corolla! This was the best experience I have had with any dealership! Clyde was knowledgable, helpful, and very friendly! I love my new car and would suggest to anyone looking to buy a car for the first time to go here!
