Great Buying Experience!!! I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase a new car. After meeting Tyrone Davis, and explaining my situation, he was very helpful in finding a car tha I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase a new car. Bumpy start, amazing ending We had been looking for a while to purchase a 4Runner Limited. Not a hard task however I wanted it black with leather interior. We looked into Overstock (yes Overstock.com) and found one at Lugoff Toyota. We made an appointment and headed off to find my baby. Once we got there they did not have the truck in stock, which disappoint me to no end, but they did everything within their power to find me the truck that I wanted. Not only I left happy and excited that they were going to deliver the truck "to my house" the next week, they gave me another brand new 4Runner to take home with me. I received daily updates from Wally on the progress and once they had the truck in their lot, I received emails with pictures of it!! You will think that once they deliver the truck they forget about you; well no. Wally still calls me to make sure I am satisfied with my truck and he is always available to answer any of my questions. I have purchased several cars from different dealers throughout the years, but the experience with the crew at Lugoff Toyota is one I need to praise and talk about.
