He listened to me as I told him what few things were important to me, and came back with a 2015 Corolla for me to look at and drive. It met everyone of my requirements. He went over all the details of the car, and even walked me through the engine. He spoke to me with explanations and didn't talk down to me at all like I have experienced at other dealerships. He also understood that I was on a time crunch and worked to ensure I made my next appointment without rushing me or leaving out important information. He took the time to introduce me to the service department and to sync my phone with the radio. I was so happy with everything from Tommy to management to the finance department.
