Excellent Service From the time I spoke with Ira Thomas on the phone to the test drive with Wally Abraham until I purchased my car I was pleased with the customer servi From the time I spoke with Ira Thomas on the phone to the test drive with Wally Abraham until I purchased my car I was pleased with the customer service, professionalism and friendliness of both men. They both made me feel welcome and that my time with them was their 1st priority. I can truly say that I received Excellent Service from these two men during the purchase of my 2014 Avalon. I can not say the same for Billy Platt. The rating above does not apply to him and I wish there was a separate rating for him. He was nice in the beginning as we started to complete the paperwork for the purchase of the car. After offering the extended maintenance and I decided not to take it; his attitude changed and he was not pleasant. He really tried to force me into the extended warranty. I did not like his attitude at all. I told him that I had roadside service with my insurance company and he told me that I did not and that they would only tow my car if I was in a collision. I did not appreciate that at all!!!!! He does not know what I have. Please do not give him any credit for the above rating. These rating only apply only to Wally and Ira. Fixed my Ford when the Ford dealership would not I had just had my F150 serviced at the Ford Dealership across from Lugoff Toyota. When I left the dealership, the service engine light came on. I went back to the Ford Dealership and they said I would have to bring my truck back another time. I drove over to Lugoff Toyota Service Department, they immediately took my vehicle in, found the problem and had me on my way in about thirty minutes. What great service! Thanks! More
