Told him up front about my credit and why. He said he good help me. To give me a second chance to build up my credit. well, long story short, around 11:00pm at NIGHT, all that were involved in my purchase, Ralph, Erika, Ira, Electra, stayed and did not even give me the feeling of "she needs to come back in the morning" They were all helpful, made me feel so special. Now I wanted a prius, but too expensive , but got a Ford Focus (used 2013) and I do like it a lot. I have my new car, I can feel comfortable that I can go to Florida and visit my children, and I am so happy. I will keep this car and prove to them I can do this, and when the time comes, I am going to Electra and buy my Prius in a few years. Thank you Lugoff Toyota for a wonderful and memorable experience.
