The apprisal process was joint so you as a consumer had the oportunity to appeal your car for a good trade in. After the trade evalutation david showed me 3 vehicles, I picked the one i like, test drove it and came back to do the paperwork, they provided me with a stress free nogotiation process and a fair price.
