Ralph Harper was my sales representative. He was great we visited one day and then went to see another vehicle at another dealer. He left us with the feeling that if we weren't satisfied at the other dealer visited one day and then went to see another vehicle at another dealer. He left us with the feeling that if we weren't satisfied at the other dealer we would be welcomed back to Lugoff Toyota. Well, we weren't satisfied with the vehicle at the other dealer and came back to Lugoff Toyota to buy. Everyone from the dealership was friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured. I went back to this dealership because of our prior dealing with them. They are a home town dealership and make you feel like your business really matters. I went in to see Clyde about a used tru dealing with them. They are a home town dealership and make you feel like your business really matters. I went in to see Clyde about a used truck. He gave us the same courtious service as he did when we purchased a new Camry. I told Clyde what I was willing to pay and he said he would see what he could do. When he came back to inform me they could not do what I was asking, but said the finance dept (Samer) had a couple other options available. After listening to what was available, it was not what I was looking for so I thanked Samer for trying and informed him that maybe I would look at something else. He asked me if there was anything particular I had in mind and he would give me some ball park figures. Initially I thought the figures where high so he called Brad in to see if he could do anything with the numbers. When the numbers were close he called for Clyde to take us out to the truck and go over it with us. Once again Clyde was very helpful! How many other dealerships can you go to that you can tell them the terms are unacceptable and they still treat you with courtiousy and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My daughter recently had her vehicle serviced there and received the same treatment. Not that it should matter, but her vehicle was not even purchased from them. Cudos to the entire dealership. From the moment we drove in the Lugoff Toyota dealership we were treated courtiously and respectfully. We were greated by Clyde and asked, how could he help us? We informed him we were just browseing, he said that was fine. If we had any questions or he could help in any way just give him a shout. He then backed off into the background to give us some privacy, but close enough to offer assistance. I really appreciated that, unlike the feeling I think we have all experienced at some dealerships that make you feel like your a raw piece of meat in a sharks tank. After bouncing from one vehicle to another Clyde came back to ask if he could explain some of the difference between the models we were looking at. Clyde was VERY knowledgeable and therefore VERY helpful. We went inside and he went over more of the standard features and options available. Then came the normal dreaded deal of crunching numbers. He took our information and our list of wants to Brad. Shortly after Brad came out to introduce himself. He let us know what was going on and clarify some of the things we were looking for. After a little negotiation on both sides we were in the ball park of what we wanted and he tuned us over to Samer. Samer then went into GREAT detail on some of the different maintenance & warrenty options available. He explained the differances between them and then asked what was our intention for length of owning the vehicle and expected annual milage. He then recommended what he thought was the best options for us. Again the negotiations began. When it was all said and done we purchased a new Camry. Overall it was a very smooth transaction and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in and give them a shot. I'm sure Clyde will assist you in the same manner he did us. Pam More

Everyone at Logoff Toyota really has the customer in mind. I have been getting my oil changed and the guys in the service department are very friendly and honest with the customer. It is something that would not cost much for the dealership, but would carry a lot of good will for the customer. More
