My experience with Lugoff Toyota was Fantastic. When I called them I spoke with Josh who was friendly and professional and gave me a an appointment for the next day. The car had not been serviced When I called them I spoke with Josh who was friendly and professional and gave me a an appointment for the next day. The car had not been serviced for a while and I had fairly recently gone into a shallow ditch so I was anxious to get it evaluated for damage . Josh kept me updated on the work that needed to be done and I authorized it . Two days later it was ready !!! The final cost was fair and reasonable as all of Lugoff technicians are specialty certified. I got an itemized bill and Josh went over everything and answered any questions I had . The car drives like a dream …. Among other things …no more noises. I highly recommend Lugoff Toyota and even though I live an hour away I will be back for service . !! More

I came to Lugoff Toyota looking for a specific vehicle that I was looking for a few weeks and finally was able to find it here. Arthur Browne and the sales managers (all of them) help me out to get the ve that I was looking for a few weeks and finally was able to find it here. Don’t get fool for the the young face of Arthur, I promise you he will do WHATEVER it takes to get you a great deal and help you to get out of there with your car.
