He did not push us but let us know he would help us in anyway he could. we looked at several trucks and when we picked one we liked, he got the key an let us take it for a test drive. when we arrived back at the dealership I told him we would like to trade if we could work out a reasonable trade for my vehicle. we went inside and Ralph Harper introduced himself to us. He and Travis worked out deal we thought was reasonable and we agreed on the trade. we are very satisfied with the deal and the speed with which everything was accomplished. Ralph and Travis were very friendly and helpful. they did not push but helped us understand all about the vehicle and warranty. Could not have asked for better experience. Bought a quality used vehicle at a fair price. This was only my second experience with buying a vehicle at a dealership and they worked very hard to secure my sale although I needed to walk to be t This was only my second experience with buying a vehicle at a dealership and they worked very hard to secure my sale although I needed to walk to be treated fair. If you know how to buy a car you should be fine. I had a splitting headache, had not eaten and was tired from the 500 mile drive so I walked, telling someone on the way out the door have them call me early in the morning if they wanted the sale. 5 seconds later the deal was done. As an update to this review and the reason that I would not recommend this dealer is because after the deal was done and I was picking the car up the following day I was treated with an attitude that I was bothering them because I asked if he would guide me onto the trailer I rented because I had driven 500 miles o purchase the vehicle. It took ten seconds and the attitude was not my imagination. The deal was done so pretense of civility was gone. Secondly they had made a 50.00 mistake in the paperwork in their favor and when I asked for a refund a month later I was told to pound sand. Not a place I would recommend for those reasons. More
