Initially, we went to have our 2007 Toyota Tundra serviced and ended up looking at another vehicle and purchasing it. The Toyota Rav4 is our second owned Toyota. We have found Toyota vehicles reliable and a pleasure to own. Ryan, our service rep. for the Toyota Tundra is always pleasant, very knowledgeable and ensures we are taken care of. I've no doubt he will do the same when taking care of our service needs for the Rav4. Our sales/finance team consisted of (Trent Reed, Matt Baker, and Ira Thomas). These individuals were exceptionally friendly and ensured we received quality service without any hassle. They worked with us to ensure we felt comfortable with outcome and payment. Wonderful! I purchased my vehicle from Lugoff Toyota back in 2016 after losing my car in the 2015 flood. I must say I spent a lot of hours there but came out on I purchased my vehicle from Lugoff Toyota back in 2016 after losing my car in the 2015 flood. I must say I spent a lot of hours there but came out on top! I got the car I wanted and for a great price. My salesman was totally cool! Very down to Earth and patient ( I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with). Fast forward to today, I needed some vehicle maintenance and was told I needed tires. Boy was I NOT expecting that! Luckily, Jordan Steele took care of me! She made sure I got what I needed and ensure it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Although I didn't get the tires I purchased, I can honestly say I'm pretty satisfied. Thanks Lugoff Toyota! I will be recommending this dealership! More
