This dealer will not honor it due to their lack of knowledge and if you try to educate them in this they will call you names and get disrespectful. I would give negative stars if I could. Paid for diagnostics and went to pick up the vehicle only to find out the exhaust system had been stolen. Honda stated that it wasn't their responsibility to diagnostics and went to pick up the vehicle only to find out the exhaust system had been stolen. Honda stated that it wasn't their responsibility to let us know the vehicle sounded like it was missing the exhaust. Not only was the service manager extremely rude but the general manager Kent said he was absolutely not going to do anything about it. Not one ounce of respect or concern was given but only a total lack of customer care and concern. Furthermore the moment we explained that there was a problem with the vehicle their immediate response was that they could trade us out of the vehicle and put us in a new one. More
