I purchased a 2020 VW Tiguan R Line 2 weeks ago. I took it to Service to have a hood shield and mud flaps installed. Trip Saved!! I appreciate the prompt service. I was heading out of town when the engine light came on in my Tiguan. I stopped at Lunde to hopefully solve the probl I appreciate the prompt service. I was heading out of town when the engine light came on in my Tiguan. I stopped at Lunde to hopefully solve the problem and get back on the road. The service gave me immediate attention and checked the codes on my vehicle. They found the source and stated that I would be alright for my trip. I was on the road again in the matter of a few minutes. On returning from my trip I made an appointment and the problem was corrected in less than two hours. Thanks!!! More

Lots to complain about-where to begin? Just daily update on lack of parts. VW now has an estimated 10/8 availability date but still no customer service from Neil, no help with rental/loaner Just daily update on lack of parts. Beware of Chris Vernon Reached for my service appointment, and waited in service area. No one came to acknowledge or greet. Then, I saw Chris Vernon on his counter, talking Reached for my service appointment, and waited in service area. No one came to acknowledge or greet. Then, I saw Chris Vernon on his counter, talking with another customer. I asked if anyone was there to take my vehicle. There his temperament gets triggered and he says in loud tone - "Sir....I saw you walking in, and you need to wait outside" Boy, it felt like he was having a bad day, or probably should not be working in customer service area. He could probably be a good fit for jailer. Avoid looking and/or interacting with him if you don't want to be insulted. More

Service Department Excellence I don't usually write reviews(this is my second). I was out of town in Phoenix for business and had a check engine light come on. Brought it by Lunde I don't usually write reviews(this is my second). I was out of town in Phoenix for business and had a check engine light come on. Brought it by Lunde VW to see if they could check it before I headed back home( 400+ miles). Neil in Service, quickly had the issue diagnosed. The issue ended up being a fairly large warranty repair. My experience was extremely easy and professional. Neil and all staff went beyond expectations! Wish this was my local dealer! Thank you all! More

Best service from a VW dealer that I have ever experienced Chris provided me with outstanding service.
