There was a problem with our RTA and we weren’t informed and we would have lost our insurance if it past 21 days. When we called The dealer guys said we should be all set to come in for car inspection but w and we would have lost our insurance if it past 21 days. It would be nice if you communicate with us. Nobody follow up with us, we have to call every now and then to check with them if we can come in for inspection. If there was less than 0 that would be my rating. My family has been loyal customers for 30 years. Today I say never again. They said the extended warranty was still active. Then told me I needed a new transmission $8-10,000. Then after adding up work to $572 told me that my warranty expired. They then offered me $4,500 because I was such a loyal customer for my 2017 Pilot touring. I told them they were crazy and I would pick up the vehicle. I left to drive to a transmission specialist. Manager was rude at best. As I drove in to the transmission specialist they called to offer me $8,500 for my vehicle. Again I said you're crazy. Made the appointment with the transmission specialist. Unbelievable I get the call sayin there is absolutely no problem with your transmission. Yep so loyal customer of 30 years gone. I am beyond shocked that Lundgren has lost all credibility. Run go anywhere but there. More
