Perfection ! I found the car that met my specifications and expectations, and it is an older model but in excellent condition. We negotiated a price that took into consideration my price goals and trade in and their margin I assume - a win win :) Their back room crew cleaned my new purchase to sparkling condition and their finance manager made the deal signing easy to understand terms and signature approvals and stress free . I walked in with an old heavily used Pilot and drove off the lot with a shiny used /new, Honda Pilot with modern safety features and electronics . I noticed the sales tax was not accurately calculated (I am out of state in VT where sales tax is 6%). When going over the paperwork I questioned them about this and the finance lady ‘looked it up’ and said it was 7%. Not a huge deal, the overcharge was refunded promptly. But a little annoying that I knew the correct amount yet was basically ignored. More
