Great Customer Service! Jose Alfaro treated me as his family members. Beside as a sale representative, he is also a bridge between myself and a finance man, Dustin Johnson, Jose Alfaro treated me as his family members. Beside as a sale representative, he is also a bridge between myself and a finance man, Dustin Johnson, and the registration man that whatever info I wanted to provided to these men, I let Jose knew, he jumped to these men and reported right away. Quickly, everything was all set and I could pick my car in a short period of time. Moreover, Lundgren Honda Dealer provides one extended year warranty after 3 years or 36K miles from Honda . I am happy with services from Lundgren Honda Dealer! More

I had a great experience at Lundgren Honda in Auburn! They had a good selection of used cars and I was able to find what I was looking for and in my price range pretty quickly on their website. When I sh They had a good selection of used cars and I was able to find what I was looking for and in my price range pretty quickly on their website. When I showed up to the dealership I was seen right away and they did a good job asking me about what I was looking for in a car. We were able to test drive the car I had seen online right away. I had done my research and already tried cars from other dealers, so I had high expectations about this one. The CR-V was amazing and I ended up buying it! Jose was awesome! He was professional and was able to answer all of my questions about the specific car. He did a great job helping me through the car buying process and following up with me to see how I was enjoying the car. Dustin also did a great job walking me through financing options and answering any questions I had. I would recommend Lundgren Honda in Auburn to my family and anyone in the market for a good car. Purchased a 2020 Honda Ridgeline Fraser was a pleasure to work with. The vehicle I wanted was not on their lot. Fraser found exactly what I wanted in a timely manner.
