I was presented an offer with payments of $493 per month for 60 months or $435 per month for 72 months. The salesman did NOT tell me the interest. The salesman did NOT tell me that Honda was offering 1.9% f for 60 months or $435 per month for 72 months. The salesman did NOT tell me the interest. The salesman did NOT tell me that Honda was offering 1.9% for 60 months or 2.9% for 72 months. He NEVER told me the interest presented. Only after I texted him that I was aware of those better rates and that I wanted to know what those 60 and 72 month payments would be. They were $429 per month for 60 months and $379 per month for 72 months. Oh and then, the car was sold this afternoon. Had I taken the offer I would have ended up paying $3,840 (60 term loan) or $4,032 (72 term loan). I do not find this treatment to be professional and above board. Not only had I known about the Honda incentive rates beforehand and had researched auto loan rates available in the area and the majority were a xxxx of a lot better than 6.9%! For shame. More
