The job was going to take longer than I had anticipated, but when I informed him I was limited on time Daniel K was helping me at the service center. I arrived at the scheduled time, was greeted and processed paperwork. I was given an estimate on the length of time and costs. Spent a while in the very comfortable waiting room, enjoying a cup of coffee. My car was ready when promised. The cost was lower than the estimate. MY EXPERIENCE WAS EVERYDAY NORMAL FOR LUNDGREN HONDA. I have been in for regular service, this last visit was more of the same. As I say, OUTSTANDING AND DEPENDABLE. More

Examined the car within 15 minutes, determined the problem, placed the order, gave me a courtosy car to get home (2 hours away) free of charge, fixed my car within 24 hours and all with a smile on their faces and a very positive and energetic attitude. If I was going to buy a new Honda now, I would drive two hours just to get it from them. Must more pleasant to deal with than the local Honda dealership that I have 15 minutes away. Thank you! More

I also wanted to say the little Cafe they have in the waiting area is genius! So nice to have a sandwich or snack available when you're waiting for your car. I love Lundgren I bought my Honda at Lundgren in 2008 and have returned for all my regular service because everyone is so nice and honest there. Waiting on my car to be fixed is never a hassle because they have a full deli and free drinks and snacks, free wifi, and plenty of comfy places to sit. More
Great visit I was told I had an oil leak and someone showed me where it was.
