The calling in is really bad, my service guy Todd was off I guess but all I could get was leave us a message and someone will get back to you. Even when I called several hoiurs later ater no one called all i I guess but all I could get was leave us a message and someone will get back to you. I had ordered a number of accessories online from GM to be installed by the dealer. As soon as they came into the dealership, Todd Wilson, Lupient’s service writer contacted me regarding scheduling an appo be installed by the dealer. As soon as they came into the dealership, Todd Wilson, Lupient’s service writer contacted me regarding scheduling an appointment. Todd was very flexible regarding the appointment and I was able to bring my 2026 Silverado LTZ in the next morning. Todd coordinated with a service assistant to give me a ride home. Todd sent me email updates on the progress of the installations. When it was Todd called me up to coordinate a ride back to the dealership. Everything was completed in less than two hours and Todd explained to me that if I had any issues or concerns to contact him. I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed and especially how Todd handled the entire process and would recommend him to others. More
