So many opportunities for improvement. I purchased my car with you and I have brought my car there for EVERY service. It was time for my 45,000 mile service and I scheduled service on y I purchased my car with you and I have brought my car there for EVERY service. It was time for my 45,000 mile service and I scheduled service on your website. My "malfunction indicator" light was on. I assumed that whatever the problem was would be addressed during my service appointment. When I arrived, I pointed out the indicator light and turned my vehicle over to your employee. He said, yes, I see your light is on. That was all. He didn't say anything more about it. When the service was done, after three hours of waiting on site, I was told that no, the indicator light issue wasn't addressed and that I would need to make another appointment. And that the new appointment would take four hours and not be available for two to three weeks. So many opportunities for improvement: How could I have known that I needed a separate appointment to address the indicator light? How might the service advisor better responded when I brought my car in? Why did I NOT know that my car would be adequately taken care of with my trusted Kia dealer? I'm really, really disappointed about this. I'm planning to drive 500 miles this week and thought getting my car serviced prior to this trip would address any potential problems on the road. Now I have to borrow a car. I'd like to continue to be a Lupient customer but not sure if I will be confident in that. More
