Inappropriate and rude sales staff We looked at a car and wanted to sleep on it before deciding. The next afternoon we called and said yes we wanted the car, but could not come in until We looked at a car and wanted to sleep on it before deciding. The next afternoon we called and said yes we wanted the car, but could not come in until the following day to sign a purchase agreement. The car drummed up interest during that time and the store policy is not to hold cars. That was new to me, but understandable. I texted the sales person that I intended to move on and wished him luck. His response was to say “you have no one to blame but yourself.” And that I should pulled the trigger when I had the chance. That response was incredibly rude and inappropriate. He could have simply offered to let me know if it was still available when I could come in - makes me wonder if they really had any other interest. No car is worth dealing with a jerk. More
