I do feel like there are things that could be improved during the entire experience but they are minor. However, I want to make it clear that our sales consultant, Andrew Bursh was truly exceptional. He was sensitive to our situation and price point, patient with our children and very knowledgeable about your vehicles. We couldn't have been happier or asked for more from a sales consultant. He even made time for us without an appointment. I look forward to working with Andrew again in three years when my lease is up or sooner if my husband finds himself looking for a new vehicle.
