Great Car and Great Service. I bought my Optima at Lupient Kia 3 year ago and Have been extremely please with the service department. When I bought the car, I intended to have it always dealer serviced from day one. The service dept is top notch. The price is always the same I would pay anywhere else except I get the trained experts working on my car instead of some fresh out of school kid. They do what is needed to be done and not try and push things I don't need done. I wouldn't dare bring my car anywhere else. More

I went in for my regular complementary oil change and decided to start checking to see what's available once my lease runs out in May. Brian, the new salesman, was right there to help me out. Brian, along with David Jones helped me understand my options and helped me get the car that I really wanted. Josh Engelby made it very easy to get through the paperwork and was very knowledgeable about the extra services that they recommend. Brian was very good about showing me the features of the car before leaving with my new Kia Soul and helped me set up the blue tooth function. I'm very happy with my purchase and I can't say enough about the people at this dealership, including the employees out in the service are. Always a great experience.
