Kept my car TWO WEEKS to replace transmission Have had the WORST experience with Kia and with this dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. My transmission failed on a two year old car with no warning. They Have had the WORST experience with Kia and with this dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. My transmission failed on a two year old car with no warning. They towed it in, took over a week to get the part and then told me they were too busy to install until the following week. Absolutely no concern about getting my car done because "they have appointments for regularly scheduled maintenance to take care of first." So perhaps someday I'll get my car back but who knows at this point. Also I tried to give them no stars but this site makes you select one star at a minimum. They don't deserve any stars at all. More
