New Kia Optima--lease renewal This is my second Kia Optima and my second lease, too. When it came time to find a new Kia at the end of my first lease, Brian Paulson--my salesman--w This is my second Kia Optima and my second lease, too. When it came time to find a new Kia at the end of my first lease, Brian Paulson--my salesman--was always helpful. But he and the dealership went out of their way to help me when my job looked iffy, helping me extend my lease and then search high and low for the exact car I wanted once I knew my job was stable. It took eight months from the start, but they never pressured me and were always kind. I loved my first Kia Optima and look forward to learning all the details of my new one. Leased Kia Soul My 2013 Kia Soul lease was up. Went in not fully decided on what to. My inclination was to buy the 2013. Brian Paulson, the sales rep, and I spoke and My 2013 Kia Soul lease was up. Went in not fully decided on what to. My inclination was to buy the 2013. Brian Paulson, the sales rep, and I spoke and after several options were discussed he suggested I actually take a new Soul out for a test drive. Once I had driven a couple miles, I could tell the new car had a much softer ride, better seats and a center arm rest plus a few other improvements. So we went back to his desk and discussed various next steps. I went with a new lease. The dealer was able to get all paper work handled in short order and I drove off with a new Kia. Brian was very helpful in the decision. I found Brian's style to be focused on my needs and offering several possible options. Overall, great experience. Rick B More

MY "NEW" BABY! Walking in, late to my appointment, I was still greeted with a smile. I'm sure it's annoying waiting on costumers but I didn't see any annoyance from Walking in, late to my appointment, I was still greeted with a smile. I'm sure it's annoying waiting on costumers but I didn't see any annoyance from Andrew. It may have helped that I brought coffee but who knows for sure! He sat me down and talked with me about what I wanted and, I'm sure, realized pretty quickly that I had no idea what I was doing. This was my first BIG car purchase and I had no clue what would go into it. I had always had help from my parents in the past and I was nervous about doing it on my own. Needless to say, I WAS FREAKING OUT! Once we were outside looking at just about every white Optima, which was the only thing I KNEW I wanted from the beginning, Andrew answered all of my dumb questions and patiently waited as I hemed and hawed over my decision. Making this big of a purchase was making me very nervous but Andrew definitely helped me stay calm. He even drove when I didn't quite feel comfortable yet. I also appreciated not being forced into anything. I am a very simple girl and what is considered "basic" to others is "special" to me. Andrew showed me a car with all the bells and whistles but I didn't feel like I needed any of that in the end. To me, it's more stuff to break and with my luck it would all break on me within the first month. If you don't believe me, I already have a dent in my car and I've had it for 2 weeks. ONLY 2 WEEKS! I'm lucky enough to have Andrew help me with that little problem though too. He's making sure I am happy with my "new" car no matter what! In the end I'm very happy with my Optima and with my experience. I would recommend Andrew and Kia Brooklyn Park to anyone I know. More
