On the used car lot we had the pleasure of working with Robert and I really liked him. On the new lot Vadim was so kind and knowledgeable without being your typical car salesman. He wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time with the big decision. The dealership was nice, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated Vadim taking his time after the paperwork to sit down in the car with us and show me what each button did. I really felt that was above and beyond. My only criticism would be the man in financing we signed the paperwork with Kurt. I felt that he was abrupt, pushy, and in a hurry. More

Great experience overall Brian was great to work with! Fortunately there was a Kia with a sunroof and AWD which is exactly the 2 features I was looking for. The only prob Brian was great to work with! Fortunately there was a Kia with a sunroof and AWD which is exactly the 2 features I was looking for. The only problem we had was not with him it was with the man who detailed our car. There were hand prints still inside the car and wax spots outside everywhere so we had to send it back across the street to get cleaned again. It took about another 45 minutes for the car to be done. Brian and a few other salesmen were out there doing there best to get it clean. Overall Kia Brooklyn Park has been great! Thank you and love my new vehicle! More

Chad Marshall is the meaning of great customer service Chad Marshall was and has been amazing to work with. After purchasing my vehicle that I love so much, there were a couple hiccups I found on the car a Chad Marshall was and has been amazing to work with. After purchasing my vehicle that I love so much, there were a couple hiccups I found on the car after purchasing (it was raining when I bought it) and he handled the issue with no questions. I strongly recommend asking for Chad if you see a car at Lupient Lia that interests you. He worked with me as well when I purchased the car and and just overall made the expierience great. He remembered I wanted black rims and even emailed me a link for them. Tommy was also good to work with, he smiled and was accommodating. When I found my car online, I went to take a look (dealership es was closed) but tommy and Chad let me see and even test drive the car and I came back the next day to purchase it.
