Andrew Bursh and the entire Kia of Brooklyn Park team made buying my new Cadenza a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door they were ready to do what it took to make me happy and make a s made buying my new Cadenza a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door they were ready to do what it took to make me happy and make a sale. When I picked up the Cadenza, Andrew took time to go over all the features, set up the navigation system and pair my mobile phone to the car. Someone from every department at Kia of Brooklyn Park has called to welcome me to the dealership and make sure any and all concerns are addressed now and in the future. I picked up my license plates last week and Andrew even ran out and put them on for me! Thanks!! :-) More

My experience at Kia of Brooklyn Park was just wonderful. I was interested in the Kia Cadenza. My salesperson, Andrew Bursh, was very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant, extremely low pressure--he let the I was interested in the Kia Cadenza. My salesperson, Andrew Bursh, was very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant, extremely low pressure--he let the car sell itself. All the sales people I spoke with were very courteous and friendly. The showroom was spotlessly clean, and the service garage was clean and tidy as well. A thunderstorm came through while I was waiting for my turn to see the finance person and sign the sales paperwork--the electricity went out. It was still out at closing time, so the sales manager offered me tickets to the play "War Horse" playing downtown Minneapolis at the Orpheum Theatre. (fabulous play! it was the original cast from the Broadway production). I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Kia. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful car-buying experience! More

Bought a used 2012 kia optima sx from this dealership recently and it was a very good experience. I worked with Andrew Bursh and he was very helpful. Upon meeting Jason and Mark I was impressed by their willingness to truly listen to what I was looking for and what I needed in a car.
