My husband and I went in after work. She deals in new cars and he works in used so Aminah worked with us on getting a lease on a new Sportage. Perry entertained while we waited for financing and Aminah helped us with our paperwork. I left with a brand new car not 4 hours after my first call. A very upbeat fun experience. Sold on Kia and the Smulders are my new car sales team! More

He said that he did not expect her to remember everthing and said to please call or stop by and he would be there to help. Great experience with Chaltu Chaltu called me earlier in the week to suggest I bring my 2010 Kia Soul in to be traded for a newer model year. When I arrived for my appointment, I Chaltu called me earlier in the week to suggest I bring my 2010 Kia Soul in to be traded for a newer model year. When I arrived for my appointment, I threw her a bit of a curve ball by asking if I could upgrade, but she was incredibly kind and accommodating. She very quickly identified a car that I loved and walked me through the process. I did have to wait quite a while for financing, but my partner and I were made much more comfortable during the wait by Chaltu's friendly conversation and thorough explanation of the car's features. I generally loathe car dealerships and the process of purchasing cars because it can often feel high pressure and stressful, but Chaltu's overall approach put me at ease. As we drove home, I commented to my partner that the next time I buy a car, I hope to work with Chaltu or someone with her people skills. Her demeanor is really what car sales should be. In fact, I really didn't need a new car and would never have made this purchase if I hadn't felt at ease with the salesperson. Also, my partner and I just returned from a road trip, and the car is fantastic. I'm very grateful. More
