My service was prompt and efficient. I was seen by a member of the service team as soon as I drove in. Melissa Johnson explained the time it would take to affect my car's repairs. She offered me an option to wait or a shuttle. She came and got me from the waiting lounge when the repair was completed. She was curious and completely professional. I am pleased with the way I was treated.
