ONLY NEGATIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT WILL RAMOS AND MULU. Where do I even begin...Mike Sears passed me onto salesman Mulu as he apparently knew more about online sales so Mulu quickly sent me photos of a 201 Where do I even begin...Mike Sears passed me onto salesman Mulu as he apparently knew more about online sales so Mulu quickly sent me photos of a 2016 RAM 3500 and was quick to respond to all my questions. This is the end of any semblance of customer service from the jokers at Lute Riley. I made it clear to Mulu that I was getting on a plane from California in 2 days to ink a deal on the truck. An hour before my flight leaves Mulu is texting me asking for more random "documents" and I said its too late, I do not have time to get originals for you. No response from him. Fast forward to when I show up at the dealership in person and Mulu forgets who I am so I jog his memory and he leaves to get the truck pulled up for me. FORTY minutes go by and no one knows where Mulu is. I ask to talk to sales "manager" Will Ramos. He is immediately evasive and does not want to talk to me but I finally get him to sit down and discuss a sale I feel I am begging to give him. He is instantly combative to the other people in my party and very defensive. Long story short I leave and tell him that my bank will do the financing. Come to find out he goes through half the process of selling the truck with my bank then disappears! Literally no word back to me or my loan officer. I have left him numerous messages and the coward cannot even call me back to say he sold the truck from under me. Pathetic. Stay away from these utter idiots. More

He went above and beyond with assisting me with my 2005 Honda pilot which had alignment issues and he also pulled the vehicle specialist Valter Odom.
