Sabino Retana from Lute Riley Service Team has helped me several times with my Honda Accord 99. It is an old car and had many problems from air conditioning, brakes and the most difficult one the oil leaks. several times with my Honda Accord 99. It is an old car and had many problems from air conditioning, brakes and the most difficult one the oil leaks. The oil leaks took a few cycles to get fixed but Sabino was always on top in trying to keep us informed and helped us to resolve all the issues. Sabino also has a very cool and helping attitude. At one time there were no parts available for 3 weeks and Sabino helped us to get a loan car from Honda which is not easy to get at a busy time. I am telling Sabino has made me spoilt and I just want to work with him for any service needs for my Honda. He is the BEST of the BEST. More
Absolutely horrible. I worked at this dealership like 15 years ago - and back then, then were #1 or #2 in the US for Honda dealerships. Now, my son has cancelled a warran I worked at this dealership like 15 years ago - and back then, then were #1 or #2 in the US for Honda dealerships. Now, my son has cancelled a warranty over 1 1/2 mos ago, and as of today, the warranty company has yet to receive anything from the dealer. Honestly, this is things that little, independent dealerships do, because they have to refund money. But for a large, franchise dealer, this is just not good business. They didn't have any problems lying to my son in finance, telling him that his interest rate would go down after 6 mos or a year, nor did they have any money making money upfront. But a couple years later they have a tremendous problem sending back money to Honda Care for a warranty because the vehicle was traded. So I'll tell everyone, choose another Honda dealer. There are plenty in our area. More
